1. What LOOKIX is

LOOKIX is an app that generates a visual simulation of how different hairstyles might look on a selfie you provide, so you can explore ideas and share them with your hairdresser.

It is a creative and informational tool. It does not cut hair, does not give professional styling advice and does not guarantee that a real haircut will match what you see on screen.

2. Looks and purchases

Generating hairstyles uses "looks", which are one-time consumable credits. You buy them through the App Store when you need more. There are no subscriptions and nothing renews automatically.

Purchases are processed by Apple. We only receive confirmation that a purchase happened, so we can add the looks to your device — we never see your card details.

Refunds are handled by Apple under the terms of the App Store; we cannot issue them directly.

3. Acceptable use

You should only upload a photo of yourself, or a photo you have the right to use. Do not upload images of other people without their consent.

You agree not to use LOOKIX for anything unlawful, to harass or impersonate others, or to circumvent the app's technical limits or automate mass requests.

We may restrict access to anyone making abusive use of the service.

4. About the results

Results are generated by artificial intelligence and are an approximation. They can differ from an actual haircut because of your hair type, length, texture and the work of your stylist.

Use the result as a guide for a conversation with your barber, not as a guaranteed outcome. Any decision about your hair is yours.

5. Availability

The service is provided on an ongoing basis, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Image generation depends on third-party infrastructure that may be temporarily unavailable.

We may modify or discontinue features. If a change materially affects looks you have already purchased, we will honour them.

6. Liability

LOOKIX is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, Javier Marín Bernal is not liable for decisions taken on the basis of the simulations the app produces.

Nothing in these terms limits rights you may have as a consumer under mandatory law.

7. Age

You must be at least 13 years old to use LOOKIX. If you are a minor, please use the app with the permission of a parent or guardian.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence and may bring proceedings before your local courts.
