Frequently asked questions
Do you use my selfie for anything else?
No. Your photo is used only to generate the hairstyle you asked for. We don't run facial recognition, we don't build a face template, and we never try to identify who you are. The original is deleted within 24 hours.
Do I need to create an account?
No. There's no sign-up, no password and no email required. An anonymous key on your device keeps track of your looks, and that's it.
What are "looks" and how much do they cost?
Looks are one-time credits you spend to generate hairstyles. You buy them through the App Store when you want more. They are not a subscription and nothing renews on its own.
Will the real haircut look exactly like the app?
Think of it as a very good preview, not a photocopy. The AI shows you a realistic idea of the style on your face; the final result depends on your hair and your barber. That's exactly why the shareable card helps.
